The HELP FOR HEROES Limited Edition is made from a combination of First-Fill Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads. Released with the intent for a percentage of the proceeds to go to a charity, Help for Heroes, which helps British servicemen and women who have been injured in the line of duty. This whisky was drawn from Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon hogsheads with a turnout of 1939 bottles.
Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Sweet-spicy, honey, notes of cardamom, nutmeg. Baklava.
Taste: Dried fruit, burnt oak and pepper
Finish: Long lasting, hints of butterscotch, honey and peat smoke.
