The Dalmore Vintage 2008 is part of its Vintage Collection, and was matured initially in American white oak bourbon casks, then placed into Matusalem sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, before being bottled in 2023 at 45.8% abv with no added colour or chill-filtration. This vintage highlights delectable notes of milk chocolate and mandarin oranges.
Tasting notes
NOSE: Milk chocolate, caramel, mandarin, and cracked black pepper.
PALATE: Manuka honey, sweet cacao, poached apples, and golden sultanas.
FINISH: Vanilla cream, chocolate brioche, Navelina orange, and light cinnamon warmth.
