Teeling Rising Reserve Series 3 is a 21 Year Old Single Malt that is aged initially in bourbon casks before undergoing a second period of maturation in high quality ruby port casks. This exclusive release is limited to only 6,000 bottles and proudly bottled at 46% abv with no chill filtration.
Tasting notes
NOSE: Soft mellow sweetness with bursts of caramel, red fruits and a hint of sandalwood.
PALATE: Brown sugar, chocolate, trifle, Christmas cake, cherry, plum, and nectar.
FINISH: Long luxurious finish with hints of golden syrup, soft tannins, cooked barley and oak spice.

Teeling Irish Whiskey is a brand of Irish whiskey that was founded in 2012 by Jack Teeling and his brother Stephen Teeling. The Teeling family has a long history in the Irish whiskey industry, dating back to 1782 when Walter Teeling set up a small distillery in Dublin.
