To make Sorgin Yellow, Sorgin Small Batch Sauvignon Gin is aged in freshly emptied Sauvignon Blanc casks, for six months. This results in a yellow-tinged gin. As they only use fresh casks, Sorgin Yellow can only be bottled once a year when Sauvignon Blanc wines casks are bottled.
The ageing brings some gorgeous tropical fruit notes over the sauvignon blanc aromas, adding notes of passionfruit, mango.
Simply delicious neat or with a splash of the bubbles from tonic.

Designed by Bordeaux-born Francois Lurton and his partner Sabine Jaren using distillate made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The other botanicals that go into making this bewitching gin include grapefruit zest, violets, lemon, gorse, lime zest, redcurrant buds, and of course a distillate of juniper.
