They include citrus fruits such as grapefruit, oranges, lemon; Mediterranean herbs like hyssop, blessed charcoal; spices like juniper, star anise, and tonka beans; as well as aromatic plants like verbena, angelica, and wormwood.  

Its natural sweet wine base gives Léonce Maury a unique character while remaining in the tradition of French vermouths.
