Handcrafted at the Coal Valley Distillery, Classic Cask features the citrus and rich plum pudding of the Lark’s house style with a hint of Tasmanian peat. Based on the original recipe from founder and Pioneer Bill Lark.

Tasting notes

NOSE: Toffee apple with crisp citrus and custard, with time a subtle floral oak reveals itself.

PALATE: Fruity malt and rich plum pudding, with developing apple crumble and red berries.

FINISH: Viscous and desert driven, with a crescendo old tawny oak​.
