Matured predominantly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks, Highland Park’s 12 Year Old single malt whisky is spicy and well-rounded, packed with the flavours of Seville oranges and rich fruitcake spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves — followed by Highland Park’s signature heathery peat smoke and honey.

Tasting notes

NOSE: Lemons, with a hint of charcoal smoke, green apples, tropical fruit, mango, honey, and oaky dark chocolate.

PALATE: Syrup sweetness, balanced out with tropical fruit, pineapple and smoked orange rind.

FINISH: Smoky wood, malt syrup, green pine cones and woody spice.
