This 28 year old from the Speyside distillery of Aultmore  was first distilled in 1993, and matured for a 28 years in a bourbon barrel. Only 233 bottles were released globally, and we’re lucky to have a few cases!

Tasting notes

NOSE: Fruity flavours of peach, pear, and melons, backed by a little bit of ginger spice.

PALATE: Balanced with melon, candied almonds, vanilla and candied fruit with oak.

FINISH: Delicate and balanced.
