This Irish single malt whiskey is aged for 16 years in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, then matured for about 1 year in port wine barrels. This unique maturation process gives this single malt its distinct notes of juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness. Best enjoyed neat, or over ice.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Big and robust. Treacle toffee and sweet spice.
PALATE: Concentrated and full bodied. Caramelised fruits, port and toasted nuts.
FINISH: Deep, jammed berries and milk chocolate.

Bushmills is named for the mills that dotted the town all along the River Bush. Granted a licence to still in 1608, Busmills is the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the world. Over 400 years later, whiskey is still being made in Bushmills, thanks to experience and craft passed down from generation to generation.
Located just a few miles from Ireland’s rugged north coast, and they continue to triple distil 100% malted barley in copper pot stills to make single malt whiskey.
