The Port Cask Matured limited edition was aged for the full term of its maturation in ruby port hogsheads, selected from two contrasting ages, the youngest being six years old, then bottled at 50% abv.

Tasting notes

NOSE: Red berries and figs with citrus, cinnamon and smoked paprika.

PALATE: Cooked strawberries, smoked meats, sweet tobacco and charcoal smoke.

FINISH: Warming with waves of fruity sweetness and ashy smoke.
