BOLS Créme de Banana is based on a rum distillate rather than neutral spirit to provide extra character and is flavoured with banana extract enhanced by a touch of vanilla and a hint of almonds.
Banana Daquiri
Ingredients
25ml Bols Creme de Banana
45ml Angostura White Rum
25ml Fresh lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Pour all the ingredients into the larger side of a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake the cocktail hard for around 10 seconds and fine strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
The Daiquiri is usually not garnished but, to give it that tropical holiday vibe, you could place a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
