About The Springbank Sherry Series
The Springbank Sherry Series is a special set of whiskies from Springbank Distillery, that was first launched in 2022 to examine the effects of different types of sherry cask influences on the rich, complex, and oily spirit produced at the distillery.
- Composition: The series consists of five single malts, each matured in a different type of sherry cask:
- Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry (released in 2022)
- Palo Cortado Sherry (released in 2023)
- Amontillado Sherry (released in 2024)
- Fino Sherry (to be released in 2025)
- Manzanilla Sherry (to be released in 2026)
- Age Statement: Each bottling is 10 years old.
- ABV: Bottled at 55% ABV, cask strength.
- Non-chill filtered and natural colour, as with all Springbank releases.
