Fruity, rich and elegant, Jura 15 Year Old Sherry Cask combines the characterful spirit made by the distillery’s tall stills with the vibrant, fruity qualities derived from maturing it in ex-bourbon casks, which was then followed by a finish in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks.

Notes

NOSE: Opens with a mix of ripe stone fruit, including plum, apricot and white peach, before drifting into fig, lemon balm, honeyed cereal and dark chocolate.

PALATE: Well-textured, with rich salted toffee, roasted pineapple, sultana and a touch of juicy forest fruit.

FINISH: Aromatic citrus alongside ripe plum, dark chocolate and warming spice.
