This single malt from Ardmore is part of Duncan Taylor’s Single Cask series, which showcases the distillery’s character through a unique single cask expression. Founded in 1898, Ardmore is a Highland distillery known for its floral and woodsmoke-flavoured peated malts produced by a clear wort and very long fermentation in wooden washbacks. 

This cask number 191340 was filled in 2009 and bottled in 2022 at cask strength, with just 213 bottles produced.

Tasting notes: Buttery pastry, almonds, and woodsmoke. A long finish with caramel and black pepper.
