This expression a blend that’s dark and smoky with a hidden edge;  powerful peat with currents of crisp spice, sea spray and salted caramel.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Salt and seaweed reminiscent of sea air are met with dark smoke and a crisp spice.

PALATE: Intense toasted spices, powerful peat and charred oak. Smoke fades to reveal golden barley, hints of vanilla cream and a coastal sea spray.

FINISH: Lingering finish with salted caramel and deep smoke.
