The newest member of Tobermory’s core range, this 21 year old whisky has been finished in Oloroso sherry casks, coming through with notes of cherry wood, brown sugar and caramelised pineapples.
Distilled into whisky refill cask, this spirit was then transferred into Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a beautifully sweet and vibrant dram.
Like all of Tobermory’s whiskies, this is a non-chill filtered and natural colour, with an abv of 46.3%, mirroring its other core range expressions.
NOSE : Marzipan, hazelnuts, toffee and treacle.
PALATE : Cherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapples and sticky toffee.
